    1. Sample pretreatment:
    • Solid: Weigh 1g of sample, add 200ml of pure water, stir or shake thoroughly to fully dissolve the A2-β-casein in the sample into the extraction solution.
    • Liquid samples: Take an appropriate amount of sample directly for detection. If the sample is too thick, it can be diluted before detection.

    2. Detection steps:
    • Take out the test card from the packaging bag and place it horizontally on a dry, clean surface.
    • Use a disposable or dropper to suck an appropriate amount of the processed sample solution and slowly add 3-4 drops (about 100-120uL to the sample well of the test card.
    • After adding the sample, start timing and observe the results within the specified time (usually 5-10 minutesV.

    Result Interpretation 

    1. Positive result: Both the test line (T line) and the control line (C line) are colored, indicating that the contains A2-β-casein components or the content is below the detection limit. 

    2. Negative result: Only the control line (C line) is colored, the test line (T line) is not colored, indicating that the sample does not contain A2-β-casein components.

    3. Invalid result: If the control (C line) is not colored, regardless of whether the test line (T line) is colored or not, it indicates that the test result is invalid and needs be retested.
